YEAR-ONE FLAGSHIP PROGRAMS
For 2026, NIA will focus on two flagship programs:
- Leadership & Merit Program
- Objective: Develop ethical, skilled, and regionally connected student and professional leaders
- Activities:
- Merit-based leadership training workshops
- Civic engagement and ethical leadership seminars
- Student and professional leadership forums
- Career, Networking & Innovation Program
- Objective: Facilitate professional and academic networking, career access, and entrepreneurship opportunities
- Activities:
- Regional networking events and mentorship
- Job placement support and internship referrals
- Innovation challenges, idea labs, and startup support
