Former members who have completed programs or fellowships

Support mentorship, networking, and advocacy

Access to alumni network, professional connections, continued engagement opportunities

YEAR-ONE FLAGSHIP PROGRAMS

For 2026, NIA will focus on two flagship programs:

  1. Leadership & Merit Program
  • Objective: Develop ethical, skilled, and regionally connected student and professional leaders
  • Activities:
    • Merit-based leadership training workshops
    • Civic engagement and ethical leadership seminars
    • Student and professional leadership forums
  1. Career, Networking & Innovation Program
  • Objective: Facilitate professional and academic networking, career access, and entrepreneurship opportunities
  • Activities:
    • Regional networking events and mentorship
    • Job placement support and internship referrals
    • Innovation challenges, idea labs, and startup support
